But what about the sumptuously clothed bones of the many catacomb saints? The people of the Baroque era always had life and death, earthly existence and the heavenly afterlife in mind.<\/p>\n<p>An excursion to well-known and lesser-known churches and chapels in Upper Swabia aims to explore this in a relaxed atmosphere. Carpe diem, seize the day! The journey leads to: Gutenzell to the former monastery church of St Cosmas and Damian, to Rot an der Rot to the former Brotherhood Church of St Johann, to Illerbachen to the Chapel of Our Lady of Sorrows and to Berkheim-Bonlanden to the Chapel of the Holy Cross.<\/p>\n<p>The lunch break is planned in Rot an der Rot. There is also the possibility to have lunch at the St. Norbert conference centre.
